There are some meals which you can eat to increase your tyrosine. However, it is easily found in spinach and eggs. So, all you have to do is make spinach and eggs a part of your diet. It is something which would not only provide you with other necessary nutrients but also help you with improving your reflexes.
There are some different games you can play that would help you with your reflexes. At the top of this list are playing video games. A study which was carried out at the University of Rochester has shown that those people who play video games, specifically action video games, have better decision-making capacity. Such individuals also have a heightened sensitivity to what is going on around them. Therefore, playing video games might not be such a bad idea after all. But make sure you do not stay in your couch all day, now that you have an excuse.
Juggle your Coins It might be by far be the most useful thing you can do with your change or coins. Just stretch out your arm and place a coin on your knuckles, now flip it up in the air and catch it with your same hand if this seems too easy for you to try adding in more coins to wait. Or you can start juggling with different sized balls. It will help in your hand and eye coordination as well as your reflexes. Also, you can do these things anywhere you are.
Start Playing Ball
Another activity which is inexpensive and invaluable and would help you with improving your reflexes is playing ball. You can use an ugly old tennis ball, a reaction ball or a bouncy ball, whichever you think would best meet your needs. Just sit somewhere relaxing and make sure that there is something against which you can throw the ball. Your aim should be that when the ball rebounds off-the-wall, you have to catch it before it goes somewhere else. You can even practice dodge ball with your friends. Just make sure you do not pick a friend who has a grudge against you.
Get Enough Sleep
Finally, make sure you are well rested and have enough sleep every day. If you are sleep deprived, you would not be able to make any on the spot or split-second decisions. And at times these decisions could be in a life or death situations. You would never know when you are faced with such a situation. In case if you are unable to sleep enough during the night try to take a power nap during the day. You don’t have to doze off for hours, just 30 minutes would be a lot as well.
